From no CRM and cold quotes to £230k+ of active contracts — in twelve months.
The problem: Fan Rescue had no CRM when we started. Proposals ran through a complex manual PDF template — sent by engineers with no tracking, no follow-up automation, and no visibility once they left the inbox. Quotes went cold and were lost. Twenty years of trading history with London's hospitality sector had never been turned into pipeline.
What we built: We started with Zoho to get cleaning contracts structured, then migrated the full operation onto Monday.com once scope expanded to all services and seamless automation became the priority. Make.com now handles quote extraction, follow-up triggers and calendar sync. A three-template proposal system produces branded PDFs in under two minutes. 496 lapsed Xero contacts were segmented and run through targeted outreach. Google Ads was rebuilt from first principles. Next: interactive live quotes with personalised CTAs, hosted on GitHub and Cloudflare at zero platform cost.
