Campbell Consultancy is an operational AI and automation practice. We design, build and run the systems that keep owner-led businesses running — HR, onboarding, CRM, reporting, proposals — so the people running them can focus on the business, not the admin holding it back.

We are not an agency. We do not have a bench of contractors. When you work with Campbell Consultancy, you work with us.

Owner-led businesses are running on admin debt.

Most operators we meet are intelligent, experienced people running capable businesses — and spending a third of their week on tasks that should have been automated years ago. Manual onboarding. Proposals built from last month's template. Reports assembled by hand on a Sunday night. CRM data that doesn't reflect reality.

The tools to fix this have existed for years. What's been missing is someone willing to sit inside the business, understand how it actually works, and build something that holds up in production — not just in a demo.

Ben's background is in account management for high-net-worth clients — an environment where communication, precision and accountability aren't optional. That discipline transferred directly into operational consultancy: clients get clear scoping, honest timelines and direct access throughout. No account managers in the middle, no updates filtered through someone who wasn't in the room.

Over twelve years working embedded inside owner-led businesses across hospitality, field services and professional services, Ben has seen the same operational bottlenecks appear repeatedly. Campbell Consultancy exists to fix them, permanently.

Lara spent over a decade as a high-end kitchen designer, producing certified CAD drawings for some of the UK's most demanding residential clients. Alongside the design work, she managed a sales team and owned the creative and digital direction of the business — social media, advertising, brand — while simultaneously delivering projects that required precision, client management and the ability to hold complex briefs together.

That combination of technical rigour, creative ownership and commercial awareness shapes everything Campbell Consultancy produces. The systems we build work. The way we present them reflects a business worth working with.

Campbell Consultancy is intentionally small. We do not scale by hiring contractors and farming work out. Every engagement is handled directly by Ben and Lara — which means the people who scoped your project are the people who built it, and the people who support it.

This is not the model that produces the fastest growth. It is the model that produces the best work.

We operate on a simple principle: understand the business properly before touching a single tool. Every engagement starts with a discovery — two days inside the operation, mapping where time leaks and what a fix actually looks like. Then we build. Then we hand over everything, fully documented, owned by you.
