When a deal reaches the right stage in Monday.com, Go High Level or Pipedrive, Make.com pulls the client data, scope and pricing, merges it into your branded template and generates a finished PDF — automatically, without anyone clicking generate.

Branded PDF production

Documents produced via WeasyPrint or similar — pixel-perfect HTML-to-PDF rendering. Your brand, your typography, your layout. Consistent across every proposal, every time, regardless of who triggered the generation.

E-signature and tracking

Proposals sent for electronic signature via DocuSign or PandaDoc. Signature status feeds back into the CRM automatically — deal stage updated on signing, follow-up sequence paused, Xero invoice triggered on completion.

Contract and document automation

The same pipeline applied to contracts, service agreements, statements of work and onboarding documents. One system handling the full document lifecycle — generated, sent, signed and filed against the client record automatically.
