The most important section. Be as honest as you can — this shapes everything we build.
Tick your top 3–4. Don't over-think it — first instinct is usually right.
External accountants, consultants, ops assistants — whatever currently absorbs this workload. Helps us benchmark what savings are realistic.
A paragraph in your own words. The more specific the better — "managers spending 2 hours a week answering holiday balance questions" beats "staff admin is a mess".
Optional but really useful. Helps us avoid repeating approaches you've already ruled out.

If this worked perfectly, what changes?
Think in concrete terms: "I'd have my Mondays back" / "My ops director wouldn't quit" / "I'd know labour cost by Tuesday instead of month-end".
Existing contracts, relationships with accountants, specific tools your team loves — anything where we'd need to work around rather than replace.
